The requirements of the ISO 9001 are fixed as a minimum standard and drive us to deliver a maximum level of internal/external customer and supplier satisfaction through constant improvement, advancement and fault prevention in all phases of the value-added chain. We are certificated according to ISO 9001:2015 and — in order to underline the relevance of our environmental policy — to ISO 14001:2015.
Each enterprise in the business world has a special responsibility to preserve the natural resources of life. Conscious usage and consumption of any resources, energy, and raw as well as auxiliary and operational materials, is a substantial component of our corporate culture. Each Kaysen employee is aware of her or his personal responsibility to contribute to the realization of the defined targets of our environmental policy. We also strive to point out any available recycling resources, and to make use of them in cooperation with our customers and suppliers.
As part of the 14001 certification, every pump that is shipped to us must be accompanied by a completed decontamination sheet. Otherwise, a dismantling of the pump for diagnosis or maintenance reasons cannot be carried out.
Conductive Kaysen pumps conform to the 94/9/EG directive (ATEX). The aseptic series BIOCOR is EHEDG certified. All Kaysen pumps also undergo extensive test runs to ensure perfect functionality
